The Design And Realization Of Network Fault Management System Of China Mobile Mianyang Branch

With the continuous enhance of the market operation level and customer service orientation, China mobile Mianyang branch should solve the problem of customer network fault and improve service quality, which is the basis for maintaining good customer relationship. In the current market competition environment, reducing network faults and improving customer application experience is important for seizing the customer. Promote the network customer application rate of Mianyang regional through scientific and standardized network fault management has become a market development strategy.This paper designs and develops the network fault management system, according to the network fault processing method of China mobile Mianyang branch. Through the development and application of the system, it can promote the development of the network maintenance strategy in Mianyang region. Through the platform, improve the ability to solve the network fault, improve customer service quality which can make Mianyang market work carrying out quickly.The development of this system in this paper was based on the principle of software engineering. We design, develop and test this system by system requirements analysis. First, the basic framework of the system had been outlined in the demand analysis stage according to the business requirements. The system was design as 4 main functional subsystems, which were system user management, network equipment information management, network fault order management, network order report. Then, upgrade the current management capability of network fault in Mianyang through the realization of above module business had been completed which can promote the management level of the market of Mianyang branch. Second, we designed each module in the detailed design stage, including the main algorithm logic, as well as the business structure in various modules in the development process, according to the modular content. At last, I have designed algorithm logic, class and coding for each module.This system is developed by C# language.The structure is client-server(CS). After the completion of system development, it should be test. the process of test follows the principle of software engineering. We use document cases driving system for testing. The results of test show that the system meet the functional requirements. It can promote the management level of the business in Mianyang branch market.
