Firstly, the structure of the database system was designed in detail based on use case analysis of the system in the system design phase. Including business logic contract system management, construction contract management, contract execution management, contract management and employees contract management and realization of the detailed desigh of the business logic.The contract template was constructed through management of contact construction throughout the process. Users can directly use the template to prepared the corresponding company contract. User also can create a customized contract by using the contract modular operation to accelerate the efficiency of contract preparation. The staff contract was processed according Mianyang mobile personnel management, such as the template of staff contract.In order to strengthen the daily management of the contract, the contract entry, automated query and expiration reminder were realized. The function of contract performing management was achieved to track the process of the contract. The roles inquiry of the contract statistical was achieved to manage unified the contracts.During the system implementation, the principle of software engineering was followed, the Java language and B/S structure were used to completed., and finally the development was passed the system test.
