Communication general tester, design based on SDR technology,can be used in the whole process of research, machine assembly, production and maintenance of Wireless communications equipment.It is a Special instruments used for The performance test of Signal transceiver, frequency, power, modulation and so on. With the continuous development of communication technology,especially the advent of the era of 4G and 5G, communication tester is used more and more widely.With the typical SDR platform of "ADC + FPGA + DSP" as the hardware structure of the instrument,this thesis designed a high precision, high bandwidth communication teste hardware platform, and on this basis to realize the main functions of high speed signal sampling,DPX and high speed data transfer, and so on. This thesis studies the main contents include:1.The design of digital intermediate frequency processing module hardware platform.This thesis introduced the key circuit of this intermediate frequency processing module hardware platform in detail, included sampling module,IF module,storage module, data transfer module and so on.2. sampling module and storage module design.Main realization is the receiving of the DDR transmission of data output of sampling module, including design of band-pass sampling, sampling clock,and receive the logic; In addition, included DDR3 system clock design, is the guarantee of realization of DDR3 trigger storage;3.Real-time spectrum analysis.To meet the measuring requirement of real-time spectrum analysis, This thesis introduces the DPX technology,and introduced it in detail,including basic principle, overall architecture, design and logic implementation.4.As a typical structure of software radio platform,need to communication data transfer interface and the PC. This thesis introduces the realization of high speed data transmission interface logic in detail.This thesis completed the construction of the hardware platform finally,and completed part logical design,realized the requirement for hardware of 300 MHZ intermediate frequency and 160 MHZ analysis bandwidth data processing,ultimately achieve the desired goal.
