Now, whether at the national level or at the individual level, e-commerce has shown very unparalleled importance. National "Thirteen Five" will plan to develop rural area e-commerce and the "Internet plus" strategy. For individuals, The form of further development of electronic commerce—online and offline combination bring more convenient life for all people especially city folks. The current e-commerce enterprises are going through a very rapid development stage, in order to develop their own low-cost e-commerce website system as soon as possible, small and medium sized e-commerce businesses widely use cloud computing technology; cloud computing technology could provide dynamic virtualized computing resources,electricity business platform companies that purchase cloud computing services often only need to publish their own websites application systems on cloud computing platform, these enterprises do not need to consider the hardware required for infrastructure, which is fully managed by the cloud computing service provider, the use of cloud computing for e-commerce will certainly plug off wing.This dissertation studies and implements the building subject in a cloud computing environment of large-scale electricity commerce website system and personalized recommendation system. The characteristics of large-scale website software system determine that its Architecture and framework requires a very rational design, the website system needs high availability and high reliability. When faced with high concurrency and a large number of visiting users, the use of a distributed architecture is needed. The whole system will be divided into some different modules that each of them are a clustered system. In the clustered system,load-balancing mechanism is adopted to complete the task scheduling, at the same time, the service-oriented architecture(SOA) philosophy is applied to software architecture design, SOA architecture combined with the cloud computing platform is more useful to provide a reliable development help for software system. At the first,this dissertation introduces the basics concept of cloud computing environment as well as the core framework of the system development will use. Then, after research for large sites after software system architecture design methodology, this dissertation gives the modern software architecture of large websites systems. While, according to the method of SOA software architecture design philosophy, this dissertation gives thehierarchical structure of this system software development, and then based on the research of the algorithms that are applied in website personalized recommendation system, this dissertation gives a new personalized recommendation algorithm base on support vector machine in which add the Ranking-SVM algorithm that search engines use as the reordering process. Finally, in the case of the rational allocation of technical framework, this dissertation introduces the implementation of system modules especially introduced the features part of the system, and in the last part of this dissertation, an entire system test proves the high availability of the system.Through the design, implementation and testing, the dissertation initially completed a high-performance, high reliability and large-scale e-commerce prototype system.
