In recent years, Chinese e-commerce industry has entered a period of explosive growth, the exponential rise in trading volume. However, with the expansion of the scale of the transaction, the amount of data the system growing year by year, the traditional centralized architecture-based e-commerce system has been difficult to meet the current requirements of mass data storage and processing. Hence the urgent need to break the traditional electricity supplier industry architectural patterns, design a more powerful new applications, which can not only meet the requirements of users for the system function, but also its capability in the large data environments. The rise of cloud computing technology for its powerful data processing capability and much e-commerce industry's favor.Cloud computing technology is complex of parallel computing, distributed and grid, and is one of the main directions of the future development of information technology. Its cost is lower,and it provide support for massive data processing, compatible with various types of data, and has good scalability. In this paper, we design and develop an e-commerce system based on cloud computing technology, and we hope to improve the data storage and processing capacity of the system by using the cloud computing technology.This paper analyzes the electronic commerce system first, summarizes its characteristics, and solve its problems. Firstly, the characteristics of the relational database MySQL and the HBase of the distributed database is analyzed, this paper summarize their respective advantages and disadvantages each in his element when storing data. We adopt the structured business data in MySQL storage system, and use HBase to store image and other unstructured data. These two kinds of storage mechanisms constitute the data storage subsystem. Secondly, we use MapReduce to realize data mining algorithm, and build a Hadoop based commodity recommendation subsystem. Finally, we use JavaEE technology to design a set of functional Web mall system built on Hadoop and HBase. This paper design a communication mechanism for web system, HBase image store system and remote system, they will become an organic whole.
