In recent years,the rapid development of e-commerce of China's industrial products has benefited many industries.However,currently,there is no professional e-commerce platform for the welding industry.Due to the continuous production line unit including welding equipment,supporting loading&unloading,as well as displacement,the welding products require balance between need capacity and capacity,which is prone to procurement errors and leads to the inability of the welding production line to run and potential production accident genes.The purchaser and the supplier are still in an inefficient and repeatedly confirmed supply and marketing environment.Therefore,this paper aims to design and realize the welding production line and its spare parts e-commerce system,and expand the perception of both parties to avoid the risk of procurement errors.The major results of this paper to implement this system are as follows:1)For the demands of the welding and e-commerce system buyers and sellers frequent logging in,continuous transactions,repeat confirmations,and others scenarios featured by high concurrency,high reliability,as well as high security,an IT architecture based on Aliyun virtualization,VPN and CNAME configuration is designed.The purpose of this architecture is to achieve rapid and flexible expansion at all levels,protect the source station IP address,and enhance the security and concurrency of IT systems.2)The micro-service-based distributed software system technology architecture is proposed by comparing traditional monolith(single)applications,SOA architecture and micro-service architecture.By applying SpringCloud,common code encapsulation,service partitioning,fuses,and configuration management,overall system security,concurrency,fault tolerance,and continuous integration are improved.Each service can be implemented with X extensions and Z extensions.3)Aiming at the problem that the transaction data in the traditional e-commerce system is easy to tamper and monopolize,the storage scheme based on the block chain technology is designed to be reliable,untamed and permanently retained transaction data.In order to satisfy the needs of technological upgrading,it is important to study the advantages and disadvantages of block chain technology in the field of anti-tampering and enhancement of mutual trust.4)Combined with the needs of both parties in the welding e-commerce system,the e-commerce business system of the welding production line and its spare parts is designed and implemented to realize the requirements analysis of business system,module divisions and code realizations,as well as conduct business use case testing.The research results show that this study adopting technologies such as cloud computing,micro-service,distributed architecture and block chain,provides an efficient,reliable and convenient e-commerce platform for both the supply and demand sides of the welding industry,which reduces the difficulty of construction and operation of the welding production line.
