Internet adopts innovative approaches in the field of business models, which can help users access almost unlimited computing power and various information services at any time through the Internet according to the principle of freely available and flow payment. Using the automation technology of information service, the resources are packaged to become services, and they are sold to the enterprises and users. This reduces the operation cost. Uniform standard facilitate service development and delivery, and can help enterprises adapt to needs of different development phases.Logistics distribution is an important part of modern logistics, it plays an irreplaceable role in modern business. There are many medium-sized and small logistics enterprises in our logistics industry, which have the characteristics such as the flexibility, the rapid development. However, medium-sized and small logistics enterprises need to raise logistics management level, improve work efficiency and reduce operating costs through Internet and on-line services, so as to enhance company core competition ability. How to raise the IT level of medium-sized and small logistics enterprises has become the bottleneck of the information-based level of logistics enterprises'. Meanwhile large logistics distribution companies are maintaining the large-scale IT infrastructure whose maintenance costs continue to rise. Huge IT investment has limited large logistics distribution companies' innovation.This article researches on the application mode of Internet in logistics distribution enterprises, then analyses its existing problems, and finds out the IT needs characteristic and the difficulties ahead. This paper presents a new framework design of logistics distribution center's Internet in detail, according to Internet's application architecture and the current situation of logistics distribution enterprises. The design used the Infrastructure mode of SOA+Internet, which can meet logistics distribution enterprises' unlimited openness and development ability. At last, combining with the living example, we expound the implementation scheme of Internet.
