In recent years, the electronic commerce which is based on internet technology is changing the traditional business sales mode of the enterprises, and E-commerce ERP become the necessary information systems of the enterprises which want to carry on electronic commerce. The current E-commerce ERP system which is developed based on the traditional information technology has a several problems including low utilization of IT resources, resource bottlenecks in trading peak, security risks when docking with the internet and so on. The emergence of cloud computing technology which aims to use virtualization technology to achieve resource sharing brings a new direction for the development of the E-commerce ERP system.This paper designs and implements the E-commerce ERP system based on cloud computing, which provides a praetical implementation of the ERP system for the small and medium enterprises. The main content of this paper consists of the following three aspects: we integrate electronic commerce with ERP system and apply SaaS software development model of cloud computing in the development of ERP system, then design the multi-layer architecture of the E-commerce ERP system based on cloud computing which can reduce system’s coupling and increase the maintainability and expansibility; In order to solve the security problems caused by multi tenant pattern, this paper proposes an access control model based on trust. This model can dynamically distribute the user’s permissions to operate according to their behaviors, which can achieve access control of tenants in the E-commerce ERP system based on cloud computing and achieve the separation of multi-tenancy. Experiments show that access control model proposed in this paper can effectively solve the user’s security issues; the entire system in this paper is developed using MVC model of SSH and ExtJS framework, and the successful deployment and implementation of the system prove the stability of architecture designed and rationality and effectiveness of of access control model in the paper.The successful application of the system designed in this paper in a domestic E-commerce ERP company helps the company finish e-commerce transaction information conveniently and improve the efficiency of its operation and sales, and the level of competitiveness in the same industry.
