With the development and expansion of the automobile manufacturing industry, under the economic globalization and the era of big data background, the advantage of enterprise competitive is no longer the scope of its own ability and resources. Competition among enterprises has become the competition among the industry chain, that is, the core enterprise in the industry chain integration of its own upstream and downstream information and resources to enhance the overall competitiveness of its own industry chain.But in some cases there are still some limitations and deficiencies. The procurement and supply of automotive engine has always been the bottleneck restricting the production and operation of the vehicle manufacturing enterprises. Once the engine supply accident, it will directly affect the production and market response of the vehicle enterprises. It puts forward new demands for the multi-core and multi chain collaboration of the automobile engine.Firstly, the research background and the significance of research are described. Because the engine is the core parts of the automobile, so this thesis makes a research on the automobile engine cross chain collaboration, information management system and so on. And explains the research content and the structure of the thesis.Then, the thesis analyzes the problem of the traditional single chain supply mode of the automobile engine and the advantage of the multi-core cross-chain collaborative model. And the demand trend of multi-core cross chain collaboration of automotive engines is presented, including the collaborative demand of multi-core inventory of automobile engines, engine procurement and logistics cross chain collaborative demand, and engine quality information cross chain collaboration demand.According to the needs analysis to determine the system design goal, this thesis gives the system overall solution, completes the system frame design, and designes the system function modules.Finally, the thesis completes the database concept design, the logical design and the database table design. For automobile engine inventory multi-core cross chain collaboration business, the mathematical model is established, and the objective function is solved by using DE-GA hybrid algorithm.At last, the design and implementation details of the multi-core service system for automobile engine cross-chain collaboration are described in detail, including the development environment, development tools, and the implementation details and techniques of main function modules.On the specific development, this thesis relies on prototyping and object-oriented method, and takes software engineering as the basic guiding ideology. It uses the framework of the MVC4.0 and bases on visual studio2015 platform to develop the system program. It uses SQL Server2012 for database. Finally. the development and implementation of the multi-core service system for automobile engine is completed based on B/S model.
