November 29,2014, iQIYI network focused on the introduction of the original self-made variety show, "Let’s Talk". After the program launched, it performance ratings, and attract wide attention and discuss in college students and white-collar groups. Only two hours later, the total read amount of the play has been over a million, and in the day of microblogging hot topic list, "Let’s Talk" also visits the successful ascent of nearly one hundred million times " in the crazy Arts Season "topic list. Moreover, because of 50 million dollars to sponsor named fee "Let’s Talk",clothing brand Metersbonwe also succeeded in creating a network variety show named fee highest record. Although with the development of the Internet, the network was made a program after another, however, by virtue of its unique charm breakout success, "Let’s Talk" has became a leader in the era of self-made programs. In the program mode, the production concept, content design, advertising, marketing and other aspects,the program has broken the shackles of the past, and created its own brand image. In this paper, I choose "Let’s Talk" as the study sample,and borrow communication, media economics and other related theories,for example statistics and detailed content analysis to explore the innovations of "Let’s Talk". I want to sum up some experience and lessons from it and provide some useful inspiration to the following network self-made programs.
