With the rapid development of China’s economy,the popularity of electronic equipment applications and the improvement of people’s living standards,more and more fire hazards appeared,work pressure of firemen is getting bigger and bigger.The existing fire rescue decision system of Qujing fire brigade is relatively backward.Firstly,the calculation process is complicated and incomplete.Secondly,the systemholds a lot of design loopholes and lacks of maintenance,so that it is hard to connect with the modem mainstream technology.In addition,the hardware of the system is facing out.In this paper,we summarize the demand of fire rescue decision system after conducting an actual investigation and design a new fire rescue decision system for Qujing fire brigade.The fire rescue decision system for Qujing fire brigade is established by employing SSM structure and B/S structure of browser and server.The system uses the SQL Server 2012 database for data storage management.In the detailed development stage of the system,we applied Java,THTML and C language to write codes and used XML for mapping which will facilitate the exchange between developers and facilitate the convergence of works.The fire rescue decision system for Qujing fire brigade realized the functions of calculation application,information query,the fire rescue analysis,fire knowledge maintenance,chemical dangerous goods management.Among them,calculation application includes construction water calculation,application calculation formula ’configuration,experience dictionary maintenance,and calculation formula application of four functional modules.Information query includes plan query,water electronic manual query,water query,on duty power query,basic information query,and command decision query six functional modules.The fire rescue analysis mainly contains the vehicle lap analysis,drug ring analysis,and equipment analysis of the three functional modules.Fire knowledge maintenance achieves the operations of adding,deleting,modifying,and viewing on fire knowledge.Chemical dangerous goods management achieves the operations of adding,deleting,modifying,and viewing on a variety of chemical dangerous goods.The system realized all the functions according to the user needs.The system will provide the most favorable help to the Qujing fire brigade,and will improve the efficiency of fire rescue,avoid unnecessary waste of resources.As the system has done a full range of malicious attack prevention measures,it can effectively protect the system data.We have made a good preparation in the system is design step,which will facilitate the extension and maintenance of system business functions.
