There are many middle school students in our country, the state has been implementing the strategy of technology and education, focusing on primary education. With the develop of China’s economy, household disposable income increase, and they pay more and more attention to their children’s education. There is some room to develop about students supplementary market. The main content of X newspaper is to counsel school students, after development of nearly 20 years, X newspaper had a lot of management system and sophisticated production lines. This paper first introduces the operating conditions of X newspaper including newspaper, newspaper content, the sales, financial index analysis, pointed out the objective situation of X business newspaper in recent years. Reanalysis the strategy to analysis the internal and external environmental factors affecting the management of x newspaper, summed up: X newspapers have to take business strategy for the development, and then put forward the management strategy and long-term goals, and find out the business strategy to change x newspaper present predicament.This paper is divided into six parts to discusse.Part I: introduction. Brief description from the research background, purpose and significance, domestic and international research profiles, research ideas and methods and possible innovation in areas as so on.Part II: theoretical basis. Introducing the theory of enterprise management strategy, PEST analysis theory, five forces model analysis theory and SWOT analysis theory.Part III: business introduction about X newspaper. Data analysis oX newspaper business’ situation, and pointing out the main problem existing.Part IV: external environment analysis about X newspaper business. Analysis external environment about X newspaper business, including macro environment analysis and the competitive environment analysis.Part V: SWOT analysis about X newspaper business. Using SWOT to analysis internal environmental of X newspaper, include the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Part VI: business strategic Analysis of X newspaper. Proposing the business strategy to achieve business objectives, and making some recommendations on management assessment and control.The main conclusions of this paper: Improving X newspaper business capability and effectiveness can adopt the strategy, product strategy, marketing strategy, brand strategy, technology strategy, talent strategy and so on. These strategies are proposing on the problems of X newspaper. Throughout the program implementation process must to handle the immediate interests and long-term interests, the overall interests and local interests, the leadership interests and employee interests, the relationship between inputs and outputs funds, in order to control the implementation in a reasonable range.
