There are a large number of small and medium-sized reservoirs, dispersed and located remote arrears, In the process of automatic monitoring and management of reservoir are encountered a lot of obstacles, For the flood disaster monitoring is also not timely, There are many mistakes in flood control work carried out by manpower, and disasters occurrence with a higher probability. In addition, Analysis of artificial for rainfall and water level results with larger error, that easy cause the flood prevention work has not been carried out in a timely manner due to information is not accurate. Therefore, it is urgent to use computer technology to design and implement the automatic monitoring and management system of reservoir.The system uses the Java language to carry on the development, using the current popular B/S architecture. Using MVC model as system development model, SSH framework has better support for MVC model. Spring will be layered code use of JavaBean in SSH framework, the core is dependent on inversion, Encapsulated in JavaBean for other objects that are dependent on the object Write into by the configuration file, when object revoke, it directly linked to the target object from the configuration file. Struts has a core controller and a business logic processor, the core controller is responsible for intercepting user requests, and call service handler to process the request. Hibernate is responsible for data persistence operations, and persistent data into the database for storage and query, And to shield difference of query language from bottom of database. Mobile terminal is version of Android based on Linux kernel, Using Java language and JSON format, to realize the information interaction between the server and the Android. The database system adopts SQL Server2014.The automatic monitoring and management system of reservoir is divided into Reservoir monitoring and analysis, Reservoir condition analysis, Hydrological analysis, Analysis of rainfall, Mobile terminal function and Basic information management. Reservoir monitoring and analysis module includes real time information management, video and image monitoring, detection of termites and water alarm. The reservoir state analysis module includes analysis of seepage flow of dam, dam deformation analysis, capacity curve analysis and hydrologic comprehensive report. Hydrological analysis module includes model chart display of water level, real time hydrological management, and line display of water level process, history of hydrological analysis and data management of hydrological. Analysis of rainfall includes analysis of time interval rainfall, analysis of monthly rainfall, analysis of daily rainfall, analysis of Hourly rainfall, analysis of Annual rainfall and rainfall report. Mobile terminal functions include system management, reservoir management and list management. Basic information management including equipment security management, reservoir information management and station management.After the system is put into use, it will be automatic monitoring of water conservancy information for precipitation of reservoir, water level, images, dam safety, seepage flow, termites, etc. and provide timely and accurate data for reservoir safety management and operation scheduling, will also be able to timely warning of danger, Improve the efficiency and quality of reservoir engineering management, understanding of the safety status of the reservoir timely, and implementation of the 24 hours around with informatization and non-barrier management.
