With the increasing pressure of social competition, a number of second and third tier cities and even part of the city’s workers are faced with high-intensity work, plus many unreasonable lifestyle habits, resulting in deteriorating health.O2O in the restaurant popular today, as long as online orders, the ingredients can be home delivery for people to save the tedious preparation time dish, easy to cook healthy, fresh meals, contributed to the development of semi-finished products ordered ingredients industry. Purchase ingredients involving a wide range of services, consumers are looking for is not only a product of intelligent terminal interface interactive experience, as well as the distribution of the line service experience, and of course the most important thing is the safety of the ingredients of trust established.So, we want to accurately understand and grasp the consumer psychology, "service experience center" product design philosophy is particularly necessary not only to solve the functional relationship between persons and things, among the environment, but also to achieve product interface usability and friendliness, product design by tangible and intangible service experience with the integration of design, then the two sides to achieve the psychological expectations, so that consumers and business insight insight really landing. By studying the concept of the operation of semi-finished ingredients, wishing its standardization, transparency, thereby enhancing user confidence. With the continuous development of Internet technology, people’s lives become increasingly dependent on a variety of intelligent network technology and terminal equipment, which is the starting point of this APP designed carrier.This study was expanded by five parts:Chapter One:The background research, and points out the necessity of the subject design; summed up the research methodology and framework for the process of this paper is to study the system is expanded.Chapter Ⅱ, Chapter 3:Semi-finished ingredients for the emergence and development of in-depth study of the concept, the path of its functioning walkthroughs studies aimed insight into one of the problems and shortcomings, needs to understand the fundamental source, realize the demand for APP final design usability, practicality, easy-imparting meaning and value; while in the service design theoretical background, the research methods to produce semi-finished products and services designed to interpret the concept of ordered services and concepts on the value and service experience, too the APP system design flow based on the service experience.Chapter 4:This chapter is designed to expand the APP system design section, including the function of APP and the interaction process architecture, visual design interface, lo-fi hi-fi program output, front-end technology, usability testing and testing service experience, design really landing.Chapter 5:Download and through community-based pilot test to verify that there is insufficient APP designed to provide for the optimization and subsequent iterations of data reference product; order-related products and facilities for existing ingredients, optimization, improved design, conclusions and outlook.
