In recent years, the rapid growth of the number of vehicles in the community, the city’s congestion is likely to occur at all times. Because of the sharp increase in the number of vehicles, the demand for urban road construction is becoming more and more serious. As an important part of intelligent transportation system, Traffic Guidance Information Release System plays a more and more important role in the modernization of road system. Therefor this system can reasonably allocate the road of the vehicle travel choice, greatly reduce the congestion of the city.According to the Traffic Guidance System based on publishing traffic guidance information, the paper gives a system architecture design. Through the combination with the mobile Internet, the use of Android development technology, server development technology to achieve the remote, wireless traffic guidance information release control system. According to the the road traffic situation in real time,Traffic Guidance Information Release System combined with real-time traffic monitoring system publish the traffic guidance information to guid the traffic.Based on the C/S technology architecture, the design and implementation of the mobile terminal and the server side of the traffic guidance system are completed. Achieved through the mobile terminal as a control terminal to get traffic to get the initial information, set up traffic guidance information content, release induced information and other functions.As a result, the wireless control system to control traffic guidance published is completed, and the expected effect is achieved.What I mainly do in this paper is as follows:1) Different from the traditional traffic control system, this paper has made a new model of wireless traffic control system, which is based on the integration of the mobile Internet and the traditional traffic guidance system. In some degree, it gets rid of the shackles of the cable, which is convenient for the maintenance and remote control, while reducing the cost of cable laying in the remote area.2) The end of the Android realized with a web server, HTTP communication, dynamic access to program data, check for updates, multithreading breakpoint download, configuration of a plurality of program data, and configure the multi-objective control card, configure the target server, local data storage, send programs function, and realize the complex multilayer nested paging display frame.3) The server applied Tomcat application server to provide service, the server handles client requests data, data return, protocol conversion, controlling card and communication function.
