Design And Implementation Of Urban Road Traffic Guidance System

Advanced and useful urban road intelligent traffic guidance system can effectively regulate network traffic flow,reduces travel costs and promotes the development of low carbon transport,and it plays a good role in dynamic control of traffic flow,reducing traffic congestion,facilitating public.This paper combined with the upgrading of Keqiao traffic guidance systems,in order to build the main road traffic situation monitor in the city,establishment the three-dimensional monitoring system in the region,to achieve the goals of displaying the traffic congestion information,building a comprehensive monitoring system to monitor traffic facilities,integrated the Traffic Command Platform which has four functions.First of all,this paper did a detailed research on the construction of transportation infrastructure in Keqiao and the plan of “High-speed Project”,and closely contact with Traffic Police Department,analyze the requirements of the system,in order to improve the traffic situation in the city,firm the environment protection,promote sustainable development.Secondly,with real-time detection of traffic data,traffic guidance algorithm based on wavelet queue length and the idea of classification and partition,applies all those above to the traffic guidance platform,to optimize the traffic flow in the city center,ease traffic congestion during the perk period,and guidance the traffic flow from outside to inside from the macro of Keqiao,and make a balance on traffic flow which enter the main district of city center.Eventually,through the use of guidance plan which is appropriate to Keqiao,deploy microwave data collection device,the cense coil,video traffic data collection device,front-end LED guidance screen,design and implement guidance platform software in center server room,achieve the goals of ease urban traffic congestion,scientific management of transportation and development of sustainable.
