As a symbol of the German industrial era,Siemens in the fourth industrial revolution leading by smart manufacturing-"Industry 4.0" came to the occasion,has begun to introduce the Internet factor into its industrial software development and production control system With the development of industrial technology,intelligent industrial equipment,increasingly high degree of specialization,fault diagnosis technology plays an increasingly important role in guaranteeing safe production and stable operation of the equipment and the like. The rapid development of smart phones and cloud services enable engineers to process equipment failures by the mobile terminal,in recent years the mobile terminal BLE (first appeared in the text) technology and iBeacon technology and the rapid development of mobile wearable devices make the technical feasibility and reliability of processing equipment failure on mobile terminal becoming more and more mature.This paper is based on the practical project-V20 equipment cloud diagnosis system. Which I participated in when I work in Siemens China Research Institute.V20 is a kind of frequency converter of Siemens production which can communicate and interact through the Pi Raspberry platformthe Paper design the V20 device cloud diagnosis system based on Android.The client system can automatically detect the fault equipment near the engineer.and sent to the smart watches caused vibration alert, then the fault equipment is connected with the mobile client by BLE and sends the fault data,the mobile client sends the relevant fault data to the server and obtains the relevant diagnosis results,and then through the mobile client to the V20 device to send the relevant debugging data Engineers can also search for the relevant information in the mobile client search, and deal with the relevant fault information for management.The main work done in this paper includes:(1) Design and implementation of the fault data acquisition and upload. First,the iBeacon signal is detected by smart phone sensors and get iBeacon related information,followed V20 sensor data acquisition process,and finally the data upload and feedback.(2) The key points involved in the system are pointed out for research. Research on network transmission technology for data XML, JSON format data exchange and related analytical techniques.Android system mechanisms.UI controls.Achieve BLE communication technology,related data storage format and so on.(3) Design and implementation of a diagnostic system based V20 Android smart phone client. The main study of the overall design of the system architecture design, function modules.The system interface design and the realization of the function of each function module of the system are introduced in detail.
