Design And Development Of The Fault Diagnosis Data Transmission And Processing System For Opencast Coal Mine Management

Fault diagnosis technology has been widely used in coal mine equipment maintenance, it plays an important role in reasonable arrangement of its coal production, equipment maintenance, extending equipment life, reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs, improving equipment efficiency, the pursuit of equipment the minimum investment to create maximum profits. According to the requirements of the fault diagnosis system for certain opencast coal mine, in order to achieve data collection and remote monitoring, this fault diagnosis data transmission and processing system for opencast coal mine management has been designed.In this article, the technology scheme of fault diagnosis data transmission and processing system for opencast coal mine management , and the technology request of the software and hardware are described in detail. The correlative programs are developed under Delphi7.0 environment, and the flowchart is also presented.The concepts of serial-port communication technology, Win32 API function and multi-thread synchronization in Win32 system are described. Application the multi-thread technology, functions of Win32 API and the overlapped mode , developed the multi-serial montoring modules, and realized it's data reception, and realized data show and storage, using the ADO and Listview control of Delphi7.0.For the practical situation and the specific aspects for seismic measure of ND889A,Wireless Data Transmission Radio, the working mode and the wireless communication protocol of Point-Multipoint of groups is applied. The software of the wireless communication is developed, CRC and ARQ techniques ensure the accuracy of wireless data transmission.This fault diagnosis data transmission and processing system for opencast coal mine management have been carried out on-site installation and testing, and it is working normally.
