In modern society, fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment has being paid more and more attention to. It can ensure the quality of the products and also can enhance economic efficiency, eliminate hidden faults and accident. In these days, fault diagnosis technology has developed rapidly, but in our country, monitoring ways of the bearing fall behind .It is also important and necessary to develop an economical and available system to monitor the exploitation of petroleum.On the basis of many research results of the past people and the actual situation, the research of the rolling bearing is investigated in this paper to improve the methods of the research, and a method of using the technology of resonant demodulation for making observation of the operating state of the rolling bearing was presented .Firstly, the vibration level was simplified by the pretreatments. Then, the signals of the vibration were analysised by using the method of frequency spectrum. This can largely decrease the complication of the succeeding treatment and simplify the course of the signal processing.For detecting the faults of the rolling bearing and making the treatments correspondently, the research of the communication of the supervising system has been done in this text.The contents of the text include that:1. The deep research of the inspection theory and inspection affection has been done by using the technology of resonant demodulation and the frequency spectrum through the research of the fault mechanism and the inspection technique.2. The architecture of the inspection system has been designed, including hardware and software designing.3. Adopt advanced MCU to run the program of FFT, and improve real-time respond of the system.4. The methods of the communication between the inspection system and the personal computer have been studied and finally the method of the wireless transmission has been used in the information transmission between the inspection system and the personal computer.
