The improvement of science and technology, accompanied with the development of the information and networks, have brought new opportunity to railway management, it also come up with higher requirements. Railway transportation is the artery of the national economy, railway transport safety is vital in the process of railway transportation. In recent years, China’s has achieved into the high speed train age, thus it requires more and more about the rescue of the trains. To ensure the safety of railway transport is a huge project, and the rescue of the trains in accidents plays a vital part in railway transport, so the management of rescue trains is particularly important. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a railway rescue train’s management system, to deploy the centralized management of the railway train and allocating. In this way, all the railway departments can share the information resources. Furthermore, the implementing of network will achieve contribute to the train management. This system aiming at the management of the rescue trains, rescue stuff, the cranes, the equipment and the line data. This system can also generate the resume of the data and providing the downloading of the above resume. By concerning the characteristics of the demanding system, the requirements of this system have been analyzed. After that the system has been designed and deployed and it has the following part. This system used J2EE structure, and it also used Java and JavaScript to write the codes, furthermore, the database is used the Oracle database.I’ve been involved in the following tasks:finishing the coding and testing of the following modules-the modules of rescue trains management, rescue staff management, cranes management, equipment management, generating resume and line data. The module of rescue trains management is mainly used for management the information of the rescue trains. The information of the rescue trains includes the basic information and the configuration information. The users can read and modify the basic information of the rescue trains and they can also change the location of the trains in the map. At last, the users can maintain the real-time logs about the trains. The module of rescue staff management is implanted to manage the information of the staff. The users can update, delete, and read the data of the staff. The users can also generate the Excel files of the above information for downloading. Furthermore, the users can search the staff by the keywords. The module of cranes management is used to manage the crane information, the maintenance of the crane and the warning of the maintenance. The users can add, read, modify, delete and search the information of the cranes. Also, the users can download the Excel files of the above information. The module of the equipment management, in this part, the users can manage the information of the equipment by searching, adding, reading, modifying and deleting. The module of generating resume, in this part, the department of the railway has some regulations of the data; this system can fill the data into the specified forms to Excel files for saving and downloading. The module of line data, this part is to manage and search the line data.In this paper, the following achievements have been made:detailed demand analyzing, general designing, database designing and detailed designing. After the above designing, it has been deployed and tested. After the deployment, the system runs stably, the functions also meet the users’needs; providing users with well user experience. This system has achieved such achievements:making the management of the railway using networking and in this way the efficiency has been improved.
