| The current program television market is highly competitive, and the major Satellite Televisions create their key programs to win the audience rating competitions, in which the competition of reality shows is most intense. In 2012, 《The Voice of China》 turned out to the audience to look back and focus on the singing talent shows. Body language as an integral part of a TV show, but it has not attracted attentions from the academia. Body language should be closely linked with the television program, it’s changes are not only arising from changes in the social environment, but also from the program itself changes.This article can be divided into six parts:The first chapter mainly refers that the topic of paper was finalized based on the background of the rapid development of the current television program. We mainly select the talent shows and body languages as objects and elaborate the significance and innovation of paper, via literature research, case studies and the method of comparative analysis.This paper reviews the concept, features and the evolution in text recorded of body languages in the second chapter, and introduces presentation styles and the functions of the body languages in the talent shows the third chapter.In the fourth chapter, we present the evolution in body languages by comparing the two singing talent shows. Through watching the two games carefully, we analyzed sign languages, facial expressions, visual image, physical behavior, emotional expression, etc., via qualitative and quantitative research methods, and observed the evolution in body languages of players, judges, presenters and audiences, which are four characteristics indispensable for talent shows.In the fifth chapter of this article, combining the research in the two programs and related literature reading, we analyzed the causes result in the changes in body language. Finally, we make a conclusion that the change in body languages are arising from two aspects, one is the external factors such as the social and cultural changes, economic growth and SARFT policies, the other is the internal factors such as will have to be attributed to the gradual improvement in production technology of talent shows, changes in program styles and so on.In sixth chapter, based the observation and understanding of body languages in the singing talent shows, we put forward three coping strategies to promote the important role of body language in television, by optimizing the body language, refining the classic action and resisted vulgar action.Chinese singing talent shows have been developed over many years, although had experienced the rise and fall, Chinese singing talent shows have achieve much innovations both in the styles and concepts of programs. Body language can be used as a clever cut angle to think about the developing directions of the singing talent shows. |
