Resarch On The Ethical Anomie Of Civic Communications In We Media

The development of internet technology has promoted the progress of social networks and the reality of society, including mass information storage and networks. With the advent of microblog, wechat and other medias, citizens have discourse space of free expression gradually, which break the discourse monopoly of traditional media,expand the channels of communication interests of the citizens and stimulate the citizens’ spread willingness as well. Although citizens have enjoyed the convenience of network technology during self-media time, the anomie of communication ethic from citizens, which processed during the dissemination of information, brings about a big influence to the citizens and society. But now the study of the internet anomie of communication ethic mostly focused on the network communication subject like professional media and media practitioners, etc. The study of the citizens which have the largest number and highest active index as communication subject in the self-media age is very rare. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the communication ethics anomie of common citizens during self-media age, using the phenomenon, causes, effects and measures of citizen’ communication ethics anomie as framework to study.The present situation of the network transmission in our country is a cause for concern, the citizen ethics anomie phenomenon spreads once and again. this paper analyzes citizen ethics anomie phenomenon mainly from the following several aspects: using self-media as distribution center of spreading rumors and false bad information; using self-media as distribution center of privacy abuse; making self-media as sale edge tool unconstrained. Taking self-media as private plot out of reservation; Making self-media as the stage of carnival. Since the openness, anonymity and fictitiousness of self-media amplify the citizen ethics anomie and destroy the harmonious and stable development of the society, we analyze the reason of the citizen ethics anomie and simply summarize as follows: one is from the aspect of social process. Social transformation involves all aspects of shift. The imperfect and incomplete of legal regulation, and negative demonstration effect of part moral decline stimulate the citizens’ healthy mentality to reverse and negative shift. The second is from the aspect of technical change. The development of network technology promote the produce of self-media which make citizens have discourse expression platform, but the network fictitiousness also provide the possibility for citizens of anomie.The third is from the aspect of whole education environment. Society, school, family didn’t pay much attention to the education of citizen consciousness and lack of targeted training of media education and moral education from the thought and behavior. The fourth is about citizens’ own analysis. The backward of individual concepts and literacy of new media directly lead to the insufficient of transmission capacity and bring about citizen ethics anomie as well.Thus, based on the analysis of the citizen ethics anomie phenomenon and the causes, this paper analyses the impact of anomie further, like adverse to the construction of good public moral order, orderly political participation, cultivation of good social mentality and the establishment of good interpersonal relationships. It also affected the citizens’ right value orientation of entertainment. Finally, combining with the social reality, we put forward some measures to standardize and guide the citizen ethics anomie during self-media time: cultivate citizens’ healthy social mentality; enhance and optimize the construction of laws and regulations of self-media; cultivate and improve citizen ethics consciousness; strengthen citizens’ media literacy education; strengthen public opinion guidance; strengthen the technical regulation of network moral anomie.
