Deciphering Of Citizen Jounalism From The Perspective Of Communication

Along with the rapid development and popularization of new media, news-production way and transmission mode are changing dramatically. Compared with the traditional way, this news production and transmission mode is on the vast land full of vigor and vitality. Citizen journalism opened a new era of the new "mutual-transmitting mode", whose basic feature is that advanced digital transmitting technology provides the citizen technical support for supplying and releasing news to make anyone, who wants to becoming a journaliste, can speak freely. Citizen journalism overturnes the monopoly position of traditional media, give audiences more rights to speak, cover the shortage of mainstream media, and build real, comprehensive and objective image world; thus it can take the function of social supervision and guide public opinion effectively. Supervision, also existing in the "mutual-transmitting mode", yet seems weaker compared with the traditonal multi-level one.However, in the new media environment, issues of public concern are set and established by the public, which includes the process of discussion and interaction between citizens, medium, and that between the two. Citizen media literacy has become one of the key standards that guarantee the heathy development of citizen journalism. And analysis of how citizens use medium has become a core factor to promote their citizen media literacy. And there are some problems that need to be solved urgently:moral deficiency, internet violence, system dependence, legal issues and copyright issues etc. Aiming at these problems, related countermeasures can be raised:citizen journalism needs social control, executing network real-name system, practising remuneration system for citizen journalism; strengthening media quality education, helping to build citizen's ability of using medium for realizing self-development. Thus citizen journalism will gain its progress in the balance between freedom and control.
