The research content of this paper is based on the "medical accelerator water absorbed dose to photon beams tracing technology and standard equipment research" project and service in this project. The stability of the equipment can be measured by means of the device and control system for scanning the water phantom automatically. By measuring the high-energy photon play in the water distribution, thereby rendering and calculating the percentage depth dose curve, symmetry, flatness and tissue phantom ratio TPR10,20 of accelerator for measuring water absorbed dose to photon beams to provide the necessary parameters of equipment.In view of the experiment of the distribution of high energy photons in water, the automatic scanning device of water phantom was designed. The design of the device is divided for the water tank, a water balance stage and the detector ionization chamber 3D motion scheme design, which balanced water tank with six degrees of freedom are used to adjust the tank position, the detector chamber can realize the three degree of freedom of movement. Given processing and purchasing plans with the completion of the design. The assembly and repair of the automatic scanning water model device was finally completed.In order to realize the automatic scanning of water phantom device of remote control, temperature, humidity, air pressure information collection and electrometer charge collection, the corresponding control system was designed on the LabVIEW. The control system based on the use of commonly used LabVIEW structure, but also other key technologies such as VISA, LabVIEW call library functions, SCPI commands and so on.Finally through 6MV,10MV,25MV photons in the water distribution by scanning experiment, these was a detailed description of the debugging process of automatic scanning water phantom device and its control system. Then through a set of experimental data and using MATLAB draw relative intensity curve, the practicability and reliability of the automatic scanning water phantom system was illustrated with experimental data, also showed that the system meet the design requirements and achieve the design purpose.
