With the advancement of the electronic accelerator manufacturing technology, the status of electronic accelerator irirradiation devices in the world irradiation processing industry has become more important. As the irirradiation beam of electronic accelerator focusing, high energy efficiency, suitable for large-scale production, and in downtime, no irradiation hazards, no harmful to the environment, thus electronic accelerators in the irradiation processing industry has been used more widely.In the thesis, the design and electrical control strategies of the transmission system under irirradiation beam of high-energy electronic accelerator are introduced and analysed principally, its design requirements, characteristics and electrical control goals meeting irradiation production described one by one too. The transmission system under irirradiation beam is the link connecting the high irirradiation area and non-irirradiation area,the workers and irirradiation sources are seperated because of its using,and it is the most important safety means.Based on the characteristics of the transmission control system, PLC is core control components, it is easy toprogramm, simple input-output interface, high reliability, strong anti-interference capability, short cycle of installation and debugging compared with IPC, It makes the system to achieve high reliability and easy maintenance.PLC is the control level of the control system, the touch-screen is the interactive interface.The parameters such as the height of eradiated objects,moving speeed, irradiation times, turnover or not, etc.can be set.If the eradiated objects are experimental sample, the experimental trip times can be set also.The distance between the eradiated objects and a scanning window, frequency of transducer, device through moving or turnover,etc.can be changed with up-and-down movement of lifting machenism under irirradiation beam after PLC computing.The transmission system can process real-time data and alarm information, and display them visually on screen at the same time.It has information transmission function with control system of accelerator,and the datum exchange uses industrial Ethernet. In static state, the transmission system parameters can be set through the control system of accelerator, and ensure it running correctly. In dynamic state, the control system of accelerator can stop the transmission system running.In the end of this thesis,based on debugging in the actual locale, the prominent properties and items to be improved about the system are concluded and discussed .
