As the electron accelerator used in radiation processing technology develops and matures, the high energy electron linear accelerator used in radiation processing in the field of mass production provided a good platform.For the electron linear accelerator electron beam energy concentration, high utilization, it is more suitable for large-scale radiation processing.And in not working state it has no radiation hazards and effect on the environment, it is more and more emphasis and attention to green and environmental protection of modern manufacturing industry .so it is undoubtedly the general trend and popular support.The transmission to debug sysem under irradiation beam of high-energy electron linear accelerator is an important component of radiation beam accelerator processing production early next transmission system platform logistics.This article focuses on the design and implementation for the hardware and software of the control part to the transmission to debug sysem under irradiation beam of high-energy electron linear accelerator.In order to achieve and realize the two-machine system design reuse, reciprocating operation, precise positioning and safety chain functions, in accordance with the characteristics of the transmission control system, the design of the system chooses the programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core of this design system control.compared to the industrial computer (IPC ) ,it is for programming simple input interface and output interface, anti-jamming capability, long cycle and the advantages of running .The PLC is the part of the core components for the disign control, through man-machine interface touch screen, setting and adjusting system parameters, including the highly irradiated material and speed, tooling center positioning, whether reciprocating exposure, whether turned face, and the total control of the security chain accelerator parameters.through the use of closed loop PID control theory, achieving beam off the assembly line down the precise trigger adjustment and control, Converter with analog control for speed adjustment and switching inverter start and stop the way, a good solution is to the inverter in strong interference environment, and malfunction problems delay action.By real-time detection, adjustment of speed trigger section, and in accordance with the paragraphs set speed, according to change of speed error,it changes the gain to ensure the whole system both fast response without overshoot, no oscillations when it is running.The system commissioning phase at the scene were carried out following tests: for the purpose of Section Speed debugging is to determine the speed of transmission line sections of the scale factor, as a basis for further determine the AGC gain coefficient.During the process of debugging, it sets the beam off the assembly line transmission section, respectively high, medium and low three cases of testing laboratories, the data summarized in the paragraphs, further analysis of transducer frequency and beam speed Linear relationship between the actual line.After repeated use of the actual measured data to analyze, modify and correct the scale factor.As the frequency converter away from the control room installed in the control cabinet, the distance is long between the motor and the frequency converter.Such as inverters and PLC, the connection between the motor with frequency converter with a separate shielded cable for signal transmission line. The irradiation can load and unload an automation expecting that system melts to enter the usage coming in . This will improve the product to process efficiency and entire the production line automation level, improve direction certainly as said or narrated above having certain degree of difficulty , go into and practice remaining to be gone a step further on the technology.
