With the rapid development of social economy, the rapid increase in science and information technology, information technology has gradually penetrated into all walks of life in China. As the power supply industry is one of the important basis of national industry of our country is no exception. Also, an important business of electric power charge working as power supply mechanism, deepen the informatization level of the business, will help supply agencies to improve their service level and work efficiency.In order to solve the power supply mechanism of the electricity charges business management level, timely response to the reform of state issued about electricity calculation method, this paper in combination with the power company, electric charges on the practical requirements and business processes proposed design and implementation scheme of power company, self-service payment system. Put forward the design scheme of power supply company helps to better carry out the work of electric charge, and also helps to understand the situation of Electricity Supply Bureau in the area within its jurisdiction.Design and implementation of the self-service payment system, is the application of the Java programming language, C/S structure, SSH framework technology, design and development. Specific as follows:Introduced the significance and the research status of power supply company self-service payment system. And after the self-service payment system overall framework, functional characteristics, and careful study of the basic demand of power company, self-service payment system, including the system of specific business needs, business logic and process.Do summary and detailed design of self-service payment system of power supply company. Based on the analysis of the demand of the system, using the object-oriented modeling language UML, the summary and detailed design and analysis of the system. Among them, including the system interface, the overall structure, function modules, database, business logic and business process are analyzed and designed carefully.Finally, according to the prior to the self-service payment system for demand and the detailed design, implementation of power supply company self-service payment system encoding. And in order to check whether the system meets user requirements, but also design the test cases, to test the performance of the self-service payment system.
