With the continuous development of the society, our country’s modernizationlevel is getting gradually improved. Thus the villages and towns is also developingrapidly when a lot of electric equipment are used in our production and life, causing asharp increase in power consumption of the villages and towns management. And thisrequires an gradual improvement in the power supply level. Now with thedevelopment of Internet technology and the development of computer hardware andsoftware technology, the staff villages and towns the power supply bureau hasgradually mastered to the operation of the computer. power supply enterprises of thetowns is more and more important for the information construction, and realizing theinformationization of the power supply management is increasingly important. Inmanaging the power supply in villages and towns, the management of the electricity isone of the most important aspect, for it determines the quality of the electricitycustomer service directly, and affects the economic benefits of power supplyenterprise marketing. As the power consumption demand is increased for each user inthe towns, and the electricity management business is highly increased in the aspect ofamout of the rural power supply bureau. Recording electricity data by using thetraditional manual approach cannot satisfy the actual work needs of the business. Weshould establish an electricity management information system for rural power supplybureaus, so that we can manage the relevant data information of electricity of thepower supply bureaus effectively through the system, which can greatly improve theelectricity management level of the power supply bureau and improve the level of service of the power supply, and thus can maximize of social benefits and economicbenefits.According to the demand of the construction of the electric charge managementinformation, this author will realize the the system of the electricity managementinformation of the power supply bureaus in towns and villages in this paper. Theauthor divides the process of the system construction into four parts, includingdemand analysis, system design, system realization(implementation) as well assystem test. In the stage of demand analysis, the author will make sure of the detaileddemands of the services and by the methods of illustration chart and sequence chart,the author will make sure of the demands of the system service. In the phase of thesystem design, the author will design the physical and logical structure, and design theeffects of each system functions in details and also the main data chart structure. Inthe phase of realizing the system, the author will introduce the detailed thought ofrealizing the core functions of the system, drawing the flowing chart of each functionrealizing and illustrating the program codes that are encoded in realizing the systemfunctions. In the last stage of system testing, the author will introduce the objects totesting the system, the main testing methods that are adopted and exhibit the testingresults and finally make a conclution and a plan for the system.
