Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Employee File Management System Based On SSM Framework

Enterprise employee file management system is very important for the managementof the enterprise,traditional archives management mode with paper as medium,manual registration,query method has been unable to meet the current needs of enterprise staff file management.So it is very important to the management of the archives management of enterprise staff based on the new technology.Based on my experience in the enterprise file management office,through the actual production of life,Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis framework for the use of short SSM framework to achieve enterprise staff file management system,the innovation of this system is to use the new SSM framework and Maven to manage the class package.The SSM framework,Maven management tools and the use of MySQL database to develop and improve the efficiency of the development of the database,at the same time,in this system,I also use enterprise staff fingerprint management,the convenience of enterprise management personnel to the enterprise staff's psychological assessment.This dissemination mainly from the enterprise staff file management system needs analysis,an in-depth analysis of enterprise file management system from functional requirements and non-functional requirements.The next chapter is the outline design and detailed design of file management system.From the main system overall structure,the system software structure,the system function module design and the outline design four aspects carries on the design.Then the function module of the file management system is realized by coding.The system mainly includes the realization of the function of the system module,the realization of the function of the file module(the realization of the fingerprint module),the realization of the function of the log module,the realization of the data maintenance module and the five function modules of the data statistical analysis.At the end of this paper,the function of the enterprise staff file management system is tested by designing test cases and using Web vulnerability scanner scunetix software to detect the vulnerability of the system.Finally,the conclusion is that the system needs to be completed.
