The production of wind power equipment,especially the wind power gear must be strictly monitored and controlled from raw materials to the production process to ensure that the accuracy of the gear box can meet the design requirements. With the rapid development of information technology, system software represented by PDM and ERP has been gradually applied in enterprises. Under this background, information technology management system can be developed and applied, and then it works in combination with CAPP system to control the production process and related information. This method not only optimizes the process design, but also lays a solid foundation for enterprise informatization.Wind power gear manufacturing process management information system is based on the design of CAPP system, using c + + language development, on the one hand, is considered the flexibility of c + + language and object-oriented mechanism, on the other hand also takes into consideration the efficiency of c + +.realizes the informatized wind power gear manufacturing process management functions. Some tests indicate that the system has been qualified for production application.This thesis makes a research on the application of information system, the desig n and application of process management system,as well as related technologies ofsy stem development of gear production enterprises, including system requirement an alysis, system testing and so on. All of these aim to realize the integration of s hop scheduling information, conversion of product information, management of pr ocess document, output of process file, sharing of process management informati on, interface of CAPP system and other functions.In the course of research, this thesis puts forward the idea of process managemen t based on product BOM structure and the development of process management too lsoftware. According to the assembly hierarchy of product BOM, the process file and process data can be searched conveniently, and the statistics and summariza tion of all process data can be finished to realization the standardization of proc ess management. With the support of computer network technology, the economic al and practical process management system, which can be easily operated, can t ransfer information to or share information with other departments or systems.
