Cappframework Application Of Technology Development And Research

Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP), which helps to organize the preparation work for production, plays an important role in shortening product-manufacturing period, enhancing product quality and reducing product cost.Application and development technology of CAPP is studied on the CAPPFramework system, on the base of putting for practice, developing and studying work for CAPP during the author graduation study, in this thesis. The keys issues on the thesis are as following:1. A Graphics_based CAPP is realized on the CAPPFramework system. The key points lie in that based on object-oriented process information modeling the mapping relations between the process card and it is built, and achieve the process data acquiring from the cards and storing intodata base.2. A Parameter_based CAPP, which is colligated by the Generative CAPP and the Variant CAPP, is presented. The CAPP is realized on the CAPPFramework system, therefore.3. As a tool of PDM, CAPPFramework system is integrated into PDM.4. CAPPFramework system integrates with Workshop Management System.
