Study Of The Product-Oriented Process Information System

Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP), which helps to organize the preparation work for production, plays an important role in shortening product-manufacturing period, enhancing product quality and reducing product cost.CAPP system demanded by enterprises should be an integrated system of process planning and management, which includes task management, process planning, process information management, examining and approving management, version management and document management.In this thesis, application and development technology of CAPP is studied on the CAPPFramework system, on the base of putting for practice, and developing and studying work for CAPP during the author graduation study. The keys issues on the thesis are as following:1. The method and procedure of constructing the Object-Oriented process modeling2. A Graphics based CAPP is realized on the CAPPFramework system. The key points lie in that based on object-oriented process information modeling the mapping relations between the process card and it is built, and achieve the process data acquiring from the cards and storing into data base.3. Workflow management is a kind of computer technology and a good way to procedure integration, with which the whole or part of producing processes can be implemented automatically or semi-automatically. Process planning is a typical workflow. This thesis presents the workflow management mainly from four aspects: users and privileges management, procedures modeling, process task management and workflow execution and supervision.
