Micro-grid can use renewable energy to generate electricity that alleviate the current power shortage and ensure uninterrupted power supply critical loads when power grid fails, therefor, for the advantage of its high reliability, high efficiency and excellent control performance, micro- grid come to be the current study central issue. And the achievement of the micro- micro-power grid and automatically switches the load is one of the important sectors to achieve intelligent micro-grid control.First of all, the significance of the design and implementation of micro-grid is discussed, a brief description on the current situation and trend of technological development at home and abroad and a brief overview of the concept of micro-grid have been done. Then elaborate the principle and the needs of micro-grid, its basic structure and hardware and software needs are also elaborated. Proposed thesis research programs, on the basis of the design of the topology of the micro-grid system, the overall control strategy of micro-grid system is designed. Secondly, the hardware platform and the software part of the micro- grid control system are designed base on STM32F407 series MCU. The C language is used and the program code is mainly done on STM32F407 and its peripheral circuit and interface circuit of the main platform. Software implement include the flowchart design, device software programming and algorithms discussed of initialization module, communication module, control modules and other modules. The main means of communication involved of the communication module set for RS485 and RS232. RS485 communication protocol uses common industry MODBUS protocol for easy communication with external devices. RS232 communication protocol is mainly used for debugging through the host computer system engineering and technical personnel.Finally, in accordance with the overall control strategy, set up the micro-grid system and load system in corporate laboratories, and realize the automatic control of the load. The experiment proves the correctness of the above design.
