With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology,more and more modules are assembled on PCB module,the circuit structure inside the chip is more and more complex,and the external function pins are more and more,which leads to higher and higher requirements for PCB module testing.Automation technology has been widely used in industry,agriculture,medical and other fields,and has achieved very good results.Automation technology can save time cost and economic cost for enterprises,reduce safety risks,and improve work efficiency;At present,the capture and placement of PCB modules are still operated manually.Therefore,in view of the PCB module in the process of manual grasping and placement of inconvenient grasping,falling during transfer,placement position is not accurate,PCB module automation test system design and research.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the requirements of field working environment and customer anticipation,the requirements of PCB module automatic test system were analyzed.Through the comparison with the existing PCB module automation test equipment,and in-depth analysis and research of the whole system design,make the whole system design more perfect and reasonable.(2)Based on the operating platform of SOLIDWORKS software,the mechanical parts of the external frame,handling detection mechanism,secondary positioning mechanism,robot end-effector and lifting handling mechanism are designed.Taking jacking handling mechanism as the research object,the corresponding structure analysis and the selection of driving motor equipment are carried out.(3)The execution path of SCAR robot is planned based on MATLAB software,so that the time optimal effect can be achieved when SCAR robot performs tasks.Based on MATLAB software and NI Vision to carry out machine Vision positioning design,and according to SURF algorithm and template matching algorithm for PCB module visual positioning design,according to the time optimization principle,determine the algorithm.(4)Based on the design of control module of PCB module automation test system,this equipment is set with a master controller,the upper computer controls SCAR robot,lifting and handling mechanism,eight industrial computers and visual positioning mechanism;Among them,SCARA robot is controlled by PLC.Eight detection boxes are controlled by eight PCS,and each organization is communicated by the upper computer.Firstly,the software and hardware of the whole control module are analyzed to determine the selection type of electrical components.According to the previous requirements,the electrical schematic diagram was analyzed and described,and the programmable controller PLC and Ethernet communication program was written.(5)Based on Adams software,kinematics analysis of the visual mechanism is carried out to ensure that the speed of the visual mechanism can better meet the requirements.And the assembly and debugging of the machine,so that the machine can meet the requirements of use. |
