Airborne equipment is the most important equipment to ensure the efficiency and improve the combat effectiveness of the aircraft. In order to ensure the flight safety and quality, the scientific management of airborne equipment is becoming more and more important. The mode of traditional warehouse management exists the error rate of storing is high, equipment tracking difficulties, lacks of process monitor and control, human high cost, management information means backward, it cannot meet the requirement of airborne equipment warehouse management. Radio frequency identification(RFID) has the characteristics of automatic object recognition and data exchange. Warehouse management information system uses RFID technology, thus equipment can achieve the advanced first out, operation process can be monitor and manage the whole process, electronic cargo space can be manage. This thesis comes from the project construction of a certain aircraft airborne equipment warehouse management system. The thesis carries on the thorough research of it. The thesis combines of RFID technology and warehouse management information system, then designs and implementations the system based on RFID. The system can realize the information, and improve the efficiency of equipment management.First of all, the thesis analyzes the development background and the domestic and foreign research status of the airborne equipment warehouse management system. Based on the analysis of the Internet radio frequency automatic identification technology(RFID), the thesis expounds the necessity and feasibility of the development of the warehouse management system based on RFID technology. According to the warehouse management system of airborne equipment, we make analysis of the function and performance requirements in detail.Secondly, in order to make the system has good scalability and availability, we comprehensively consider many factors. In the primary stage of the system development, a lot of work is carried out, and the key technologies involved are studied and designed.Finally, the thesis makes a detailed analysis of the business process of the warehouse management system. Combined with the analysis and feasibility study, we design the system architecture, divide the module of system, and design the system database, so that the structure of the system is more flexibility and scalability. According to the overall architecture of the software,we begin the module design. Each module is divided into smaller modules. The software designed in the thesis is different from the data structure, module running type, class diagram. After, we write the code and the display function was implemented. Then, we complete the design of the whole system. Finally, we test the system software. This thesis have designed the test method of the software, the testing work include the processing, the function and performance of software. The results make sure that the software can stable operation, the software function is reasonable and is easy to operate. |
