Research And Achieve Of Coal Mines Information Management System Based On TD Private Network

With the complexity of coal mine environment and the difficulty of data collection,it isespecially important how to access timely and manage to mine information in today’sinformation age,so it is imperative to establish the coal mine information management system.The characteristics of3G communications technology include high transmission rate,coveringwide and high reliability etc,which has wireless communication widely applied in coalproduction,that can provide technical support for the coal mining enterprise informationmanagement construction.On the basis of understanding the structure of the TD coal private network,this paperanalyzed the composition of the TD coal private network and the features of each,and putforward transmission process of mine information,communication protocols and dataprocessing flow,then divided the system functional modules into real-time datatransmission,queries,alerts, performance analysis and system maintenance etc.Real-time datatransmission achieved the collection of mine information by UDP;Query was to view andanalyze the information by the time or equipment number;Alarm showed the gas informationwhich exceeded a threshold in the form of interface and maps, in order to facilitate the exactlocation of the fault area;Performance analysis intuitively reflected the undergroundenvironmental conditions in the form of the curve;System maintenance function was used toensure the entire system safety.According to requirement of system development,Using C/Snetwork architecture and development mechanism by the combination of structureddevelopment model and object-oriented development methodology,selection of the Sybasedatabase,SQL and VC++as a development tool and language,this article designed softwarearchitecture and database table of the system,analyzed the development process of eachmodule,eventually completed the system code realization, established a perfect system of coalmining database,and realized automatic processing system for the mine data.Finally,the system test environment was set up.Upon the basis of normal of building and ensuring communication environment,this article has respectively tested the function of datacollection,queries,alerts,performance analysis and system maintenance and so on.The resultsshowed that management system based on TD Private Network had strong real-time,highreliability,convenient operation,whose function can satisfy requirement of coal mine safetyproduction.
