| This thesis focuses on the fierce market competition in online meeting tools and the high requirements of users for software quality and user experience.It introduces T company’s cloud-based meeting software and points out that its quality problems and poor user experience will lead to user loss and market share decline.Therefore,this thesis conducts project quality management research on T company’s cloud meeting software,and establishes a sound quality management system,including quality management norms,processes,indicators,and tools,through improvement and optimization of technology and functions,to provide efficient,stable,and convenient online meeting services,enhance user satisfaction and market competitiveness.This thesis uses empirical research methods,based on causal analysis,through in-depth research and analysis of user behavior data,user feedback data,and system log data to improve T company’s cloud meeting software quality management and market competitiveness.This thesis identifies four project objectives,namely,improving user experience,improving stability,improving security,and improving compatibility,and proposes a series of targeted improvement measures.Specifically,this thesis suggests using quality function deployment tools to optimize product user interaction and design,adopting the PDCA cycle to improve product stability and compatibility,and using software project quality management tools to improve product security and reliability.These improvement measures aim to improve overall product quality and user satisfaction,and enhance T company’s competitiveness in the online meeting tools market.The purpose of this thesis is to systematically analyze the quality management of T company’s cloud meeting software project,propose improvement suggestions,and ensure the project’s quality success.The significance of this thesis is to improve project success rate,reduce project risk and cost,enhance company reputation and competitiveness,and promote sustainable development of the company.The purpose of this thesis is to ensure software functional quality,improve software development efficiency and quality,reduce software development costs,increase user satisfaction,enhance enterprise competitiveness,protect enterprise image and interests,and improve development team capabilities,to promote development of the software industry. |
