With the continuous improvement of laser technology,laser cutting technology constantly cuts a striking figure in a variety of processing areas,and occupies an increasingly important position.Laser cutting is the use of parallel laser beam focused on the surface of the workpiece when the release of huge energy to melt and evaporate the plate,while the auxiliary gas to blow the molten metal to achieve cutting,with high precision,fast cutting speed,without cutting patterns,automatic layout to save materials,smooth incision,low processing costs,and its advantage is very obvious.However,whether the advantages of laser cutting technology can be effectively applied to production practice to improve product quality and processing speed depends on whether the laser cutting CNC system is stable,reliable,high-precision and high-speed.If the CNC system has the strong complex computing power,fast communication speed,high reliability and high control accuracy of the motor movement,it can give full play to the advantages of laser cutting technology,and quickly make a more perfect product.This paper is based on DMCNET bus motion control system,through the DMCNET bus to connect the motion control card with PCI interface,servo motor and digital module to achieve to control XY axis and gas solenoid valve and implement G code interpretation,through the industrial Ethernet to achieve the control of the laser and proportional valve,and designing a man-machine interaction interface used to schedule the individual modules to complete the basic functions of laser cutting CNC system.This paper focuses on the following aspects of research: The structural principle and development mode of DMCNET bus-type motion control system,realization of basic function of laser cutting CNC system,the control of height regulator,laser and air pressure,the design of human machine interaction.Specific research results are as follows:1.The structure and working principle of DMCNET bus motion control system were studied.Mastered the system startup rules,M code processing flow,the development of servo drives,the method of setting the gantry axis function,and the use of the function library.And on this basis,the overall scheme of high speed laser cutting CNC system was designed.2.The main functions of laser cutting process such as follow,frog jump,segment perforation,progressive perforation,homing,lifting,flying cutting and so on were realized.3.The function of the high regulator module in the laser cutting process was studied,and its communication information classification library,the classification of paces used to implement actions and its calling interface class were realized.4.Designing the laser and air pressure control module and studying the use of IO module,this paper realized the control of the laser and auxiliary gas.5.The function of the man-machine interaction interface was planned.Its main body architecture,the message processing rules and the process parameter setting subroutine and the machine parameter setting subroutine were realized.Finally,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the design of this project and prospected the future improvement direction,and put forward some comments and suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for the research of laser cutting CNC system.
