Influenced by the international financial crisis, the world's industrial layout has undergone new changes. In order to uplift our manufacturing levels, it has been an urgent task to accelerate the development of domestic manufacturing and improve the producing equipments and its technology content. As an advanced method of fabrication, the laser cutting has been widely applied in manufacturing, for such merits as high cutting speed, high degree of accuracy ,flexibility and shaping quickly. Currently the fast-flow axis CO2 laser NC cutting machine is still the mainstream in the field of the high-power laser cutting all over the world.Based on weak points or defects of domestically-made equipment manufacturing and application, this paper discusses the CO2 laser cutting technology from the angles of NEL-2000A laser manufacturing, SLCM12><25 numerical control machine manufacturing and cutting craft. It analyzes the defects of the Laser series resonator refraction mirror control structure and provides a solution to this problem, and at the same time it researches the origin and countermeasure of the power fluctuation and filiform discharge. This paper also stresses that grounding is one of the main reasons of interference between laser and NC cutting machine, suggests a solution to the problem, and it thoroughly solves the difficulty of the verticality modulation of laser die-boards and and the problems of adjusting structure design.In addition to the above problems, the paper also discusses the necessity of sending the water-cooled unit alarming signal to laser, the necessity of installing cooling water flow alarm device for NC cutting machine, the external environment of output window condensation, the modulation of focus and coaxiality, also the cutting craft for aluminum plate. This paper may have special reference to the NC laser cutting machine manufacturing and the application enterprises. |
