Research On Development Of Archives Resources In Archival Film And Television Works

In the sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the party put forward the strategy of "cultural power", the development of culture has been referred to an unprecedented height. The inheritance, communication and innovation of culture can not be separated from archives. Archives should strengthen the development of archives resources, innovative ideas, combine archives resources with various cultural forms, and serve the cultural construction with the unique advantage.In many forms of cultural expression, film and television culture occupies an important position with its artistic attraction, propagation force, competitiveness and influence. Therefore, film and television culture should be focused on in the development of social culture. Archives should also grasp the key point, broaden the channels of development of archives resources, and strengthen cooperation with the film and television media, promote the construction of film and television culture.Thesis topic selection is based on the above background. Through literature research, case analysis and interview method, the author puts forward the concept of archival film and television works, generalizes its types and summarizes its characteristics. The development of archival resources in film and television works has the dual nature of nonprofit development and commercial development, the core issue of which is the transfer of the development right. The main bodies of development including archives and the film and television department. There are 3 methods of development of archives resources in archival film and television works, information transfer, reduction of historical facts and literary creation. According to the creation process of archival film and television works, the development of archives resources is divided into 3 stages.
