With the continuous development of media technology and the booming of video website, talk show has gradually out of the limits of the TV screen, becoming a favorite son on the Internet. Because of its unique content and novel form of communication, network talk show is receiving great welcome from the audience. It also raises a lot of video sites and self-media join the network self-talk show force. However, as more and more network talk show on the internet, their problems and disadvantages are gradually emerging. Program quality varies greatly; difficult to establish the brand, curing forms of content and inadequate program model to make profits become the bottleneck of the development process. Only effectively solve these problems and deficiencies, improve the overall competitiveness can open up more space for future development of the network talk show. It can achieve a healthy development.Based on related communication theory, this paper mainly analysis the present situation and development countermeasure of network talk show. Through clarify the basic concept and development status of network talk show to solve the practical problems in development process.
