The innovation of any technology will change communication dramatically. At the age of web2 .0, ecological environment of internet is changing quietly. The birth of Facebook makes communica tion change from sole medium to an era of "anyone can express theirself’. What effect does the new ly-developing communication mode causes? How do audiences accept and use this communication mode? These are very important issue in the existing environment.At the end of 2012, a network talk show Luogic Show was broadcasted on Youku. It’s a weekl y show. Luogic Show never stopped updating in two years, and became very popular. This show is c hanging from a network video product to a media brand which is brand new. Depending on the Inno vation Diffusion Theory, this paper will study the factors which affect the diffusion and communicat ion of Luogic Show from several aspects, such as its characteristic, communication mode, acceptan ce and use of audiences.Paper is divided into 6 chapters. The main purpose of Chapter 1 is to inform the influence and research status of Luogic Show. Chapter 2 will interpret the show from several as pects, such as network video, the social media account and online or offline activities. Chapter 3 an alyzes spreading process and factor of influence of Luogic Show. Chapter 4 is about experimental s ection of quantitative research of the show. Chapter 5 analyzes data and results. Chapter 6 is proposi tion and opinion of communication effect of Luogic Show.
