Good water quality can improve the quality of aquatic products and reduce the mortality of aquatic organisms, which is the decisive factor in aquaculture. In order to ensure the water quality of aquaculture water, it is necessary to continuously monitor the water quality. At present, the water quality monitoring methods, such as large water quality monitoring stations, remote sensing method, artificial sample laboratory analysis and water quality surveillance ship and water quality monitoring, etc. are not suitable for the practical application of small aquaculture environment due to the use of limited scope or have higher request for the professionalism of the operation personnel. Therefore, this dissertation designed a small mobile water quality monitoring system based on the actual demand of the breed.According to the importance of monitoring factors, this dissertation chooses the most important water quality parameters such as dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, water temperature, conductivity, ammonium ion and so on. The system consists of three parts, data acquisition and transmission terminal, server, mobile intelligent terminal. Data acquisition and transmission terminal realize the monitoring of water quality parameters, with remote control boat as the carrier. The water quality sensor is fixed to the bottom of the boat. The monitoring terminal is sealed in the waterproof box above the hull. The monitoring terminal uses the embedded processor STM32 as the controller and uses 485 serial port communication circuits to connect the water quality parameter sensor. And the monitoring terminal can set the alarm threshold, the sampling interval and the sending time interval of the water quality parameter by the button module. At the same time, the monitoring terminal can pack water quality data, and combined with the RS-232 serial port circuit and GPRS module to realize the communication between terminal and server. The server receives the water quality parameter information, and writes the corresponding database. Mobile intelligent terminal views the historical data of water quality parameters by accessing database on the server to.In this dissertation, the four part of the research work is carried out:1) This dissertation analyzes the water quality monitoring system research status at home and abroad and designs movable water quality monitoring system for aquaculture water quality monitoring data collection and detection.2) This dissertation analyzes the water quality factors that have a great impact on aquatic organisms, and six water quality parameters are selected as the monitoring objects from the factors affecting the water quality.3) This dissertation design monitoring system of the power module, the microprocessor module, data acquisition module and data transmission module hardware system, completed the design of the whole software system, to realize the data acquisition and transmission process, the data inquiry procedure.4) In this dissertation, the reliability and repeatability of the monitoring system are carried out. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable, and has good repeatability. At the same time, the field experiment was carried out to monitor the water quality of a small fish pond in the vicinity of Hefei city.
