Design And Implementation Of Semiconductor Sorting Machine Control System Based On PLC

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is now used in a very wide field of industrial control a programmable memory device. As semiconductor industry develops rapidly in China recently years, the semiconductor industry has expanded into consumer electronics, new energy, automotive electronics and other fields, exuberant demand of sorting machine for semiconductor. However, as there is no independent intellectual property rights for domestic semiconductor sorter system now, it puts forward a program for designing a intelligent sorting machine control system based on PLC.The intelligent sorting machine system which consists of the host computer, the slave machine, CCD, servo motors and its driver and a variety of mechanical linkage parts, puts IPC as the host computer,PLC as slave, constitutes closed loop control system through servo driver which controls the servo motor so that it not only achieves accurate position control but also meets the accuracy requirements of the semiconductor chip that is sorted. The entire control system can be separated two parts:hardware modules and software modules. Hardware module includes PLC selection, selection IO module and associated electrical equipment selection, the article describes the overall design of the system wiring problems and ideas of each module. Software modules include PLC master control program and PC interface program, the article mainly introduces the preparation of PLC master control program, including PLC program framework and design ideas. This paper lists flowchart of the sorter system load part, peel part, sorting part and cutting part of the program design, detailing the various parts of the process, the load section gives some typical PLC program.After completing the design of intelligent sorting machine, the PLC program is imported to PLC and start line debugging. Due to mechanical and other aspects I modify the program, however the control system tested satisfied the claim of the indicators of the original design, achieve a semiconductor sorter localization. After a period of testing of the machine, it show that the sorting machine control system design correct and reasonable, good job stability.
