The Design And Implementation Of Online Booking System Based On WeChat Public Platform

The production of the integrated service agencies, which conforms to the concept of building a service oriented government system, is the government’s exploration of the service mode and service procedure, and truly reflects the people-oriented idea of the people’s government. But in the actual operation of the process there are some problems. Heping District, Shenyang city audit hall, a collection of the government departments of administrative examination and approval of business, faced the difficult problem of the handling of business volume, complex business, business hall people waiting for the number to maintain order, which in a certain extent affected the efficiency of the hall, reduce people’s satisfaction.In this thesis after a detailed understanding of the actual situation of the hall, through the specific research and analysis, this thesis presents a programme of building service hall WeChat platform based on WeChat’s public platform. This system with the help of micro channel public platform, to achieve the business hall of online booking management and personal background hall management function. The main work of this paper is:1, the business hall processing time were distinguished, is proposed based on the business long reservation algorithm; 2, and to focus on the user wait for too long a time problem, the system also has the online broadcast function, through this function the user can always see hall queue, keep abreast of developments in the hall, reasonable arrangements to line up for business hall of time.In view of the above design scheme, this paper takes the software development process as the main line, expounds the analysis, design and practice of the online booking system based on the public platform of WeChat. The system makes full use of the micro channel public platform to provide the various functions of the interface, using the PHP programming language, provided in the SAE system development platform for the development, use MySQL database for data storage system, to achieve a few months micro channel public platform booking system. Test results show that the system can achieve the design demand of improving the user satisfaction.
