China is a developing country, and the medical resources provided by society arevery limited，although the medical and health needs of the community are endless.There still exists a problem which is difficult to get medical service in most parts of ourcountry at present. Most hospitals of our country are full of patients which seekingmedical service is more likely to get them into the endless waiting and queuing, this willnot only waste their time, but also delay the treatment. In order to solve this problem,the hospital have to reasonable allocate the medical resources in the condition of limitedhealth service resources, health service resources means hospital resources, medicalresources, medical equipment resources. Although, it is not reality that to let the patientsto choose hospital and treatment time all by themselves. In order to arrange reasonably,online registration supplies the technical solutions on the most prominent phenomenonwhich is queuing up to register. Online registration System is the best way to alleviatethe former problem.The system developed by this thesis is a combination of the remote registration andemergency treatment, query and other functions. The whole system is based on thebrowser/server (B/S) structure, so it is convenient for the patients to inquiry through themobile phone, PDA, computer and so on. The system makes use of the.NET framework,is designed as three layers architecture, and uses ASP.NET and using C#language. Thebackground system uses SQL server as a database. The implementation of the systemapplies JavaScript, CSS3and JQuery framework and AJAX and some other technologies.On the browser/server (B/S) structure, the user could login the system via the web.The user could also query the hospital imformation, doctor imformation by the onlineregistration conveniently. The main fuction and the intended purpose of the HIS systemis basicly achieved.
