Booking online, as it means, reserves goods or services through network. It can be seen that booking online is particularly suitable for service industries, such as hotel, guesthouse, flower shop, bakery, remover, theater, and housekeeping company and so on. It can make people's life convenient through booking kinds of services. However, as market competition intensifies, it is not enough to provide booking service. In order to obtain the predominance in the competition, enterprises must ameliorate their relationship with customers and advance the satisfaction. Therefore, enterprise attaches importance to CRM(Customer Relationship Management) more and more. The essence of CRM is setting individuation service through analyzing and studying customer's demand, behavior, hobbies etc. Thus it can enhance the satisfaction and loyalty. So many companies wish to possess a suitable CRM system.The research designs and develops the CRM system of booking online based on the actual requirement in the service company. The research analyzes the actual instance, and coordinates the demand information in the service company in order to solve the problem. It confirms the main function based on booking online, namely, collecting the customer's information, concluding the basic information, customer's consuming datasheet, customer's hobby, and customer's individuation information etc. It can be the evidence to change the service way and selling tactic through sorting, stat. and analysis.Secondly, the research subdivides the customer's consumption in the K-means algorithm in the data mining. And it can distinguish the large enterprise customers and non-customers. Thus, the enterprise can make a difference between them and implement the one-to-one individuation marketing. The aim is stabling the customers and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, the research uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the platform of booking online for the CRM database system. In the design of the system database, the database is divided into logical and physical database. And it is given the whole data model database.
