The layered development makes coupling degree decreased, failure occurring between each module is independent of the convenient maintenance, does not affect other functions of the operation. Greatly improve the usability of products.From the proposed project of Xinzhou Municipal Engineering Company material management system, through the feasibility analysis, needs analysis, detailed system design, system realization, every step are detailed had on-the-spot investigation, so that the system can better adapt to the actual situation of Xinzhou Municipal Corporation. According to the customer’s demand, the system design of the four level module materials management module, personnel management module, financial management module, system management module, and every module has some sub-modules, from the details of the office realized all the needs of the Xinzhou Municipal Corporation, phase than in the past manual finishing materials, financial accounting statements to all the computer automatically, simple operation, friendly interface, easy to master.
