The content of the web is the simple text and static pictures in the development of the network in early days. With the development of the society, science and technology,the video information is emerged, including audio and video, the contents of the web pages become rich and colorful, which is streaming media technology. Streaming media technology is a kind of technology which can be used to carry out audio and video transmission. With the increase of network bandwidth, it provides a platform for various network applications based on streaming media technology. The application of streaming media technology is becoming more and more important. The typical applications are video on demand, video conference, distance education, network recruitment, remote medical cooperation, etc., these applications greatly facilitate and enrich people’s life. The emergence of interactive platform provides convenient for people exchanging emotional and information.In this paper, the multimedia interactive broadcast platform includes management background, client and Web. The main function of the background is to manage and set up a comprehensive management. Through management background, it can create a‘live room’, release the demand and manage the different accounts. The client provides the release tool to users. The organizers of the event can manage live events, you can achieve more practical interactive features. Including audio and video interaction,document sharing, text communication, etc.. Both live and on-demand Web users watch the content access to its URL. In the live state users can participate in interactive. The main technology of the live platform includes P4 P technology, Java language, My SQL database.In the process of designing and realizing the platform, the main research contents are as follows:1. In this paper, the research background, significance and development status of the research are analyzed, and the main research content of this paper is put forward.Several major techniques for the implementation of the platform are introduced.2. Through application research the demand analyzes is done. The analyzes includes the interactive multimedia broadcast platform background, the client and theweb client respectively. The system performance analyzes from the system capacity,reliability, muscularity, stability and compatibility, platform support, friendly and ease to use.3. According to the demand analysis of interactive multimedia broadcast platform the structure is designed, the design includes the distributed and application structure.The detailed design of the management background is done, the function modules include template management, live management and demand management. The sequence diagram, database and business process of the main functional modules are designed.4. Finally, the implement of the platform is introduced, which mainly realizes the functions of the background management, including system management, template management, direct broadcast management and demand management. The function of the platform is tested.The platform has been applied, the application effect is remarkable. The application of this platform can reduce the operating cost and raise the profit. The use of this platform can carry out various business activities, publicity and display their corporate image, expand business cooperation.
