Compared with science with promotes social progress by increasing productivity,Art,on the other hand, reviews the human development by influencing conscience.Both Science and art play important roles on human development. The former promotes the development of technology and the latter transform ideas into reality. Every technical transformation has changed the world, as well as the way to deliver information. In the digital age, a new form is born due to the interactions among media platform, the form of new media and the produce of digital-image. The research on typical structure and phenomenon of new media interface based on visual art design can contribute to both academic and practical values in Communication Sciences and new media UI designWith the flourish of digital-image technology, it is applied on the visual communication field, which promotes the diverse formation of visual art image and updates the audiences’ visual experiences. The improvement of skills and devices allowed everyone to photographing and record images easily, which becomes a new specific communication. Associated with new digital media platform, a fresh we-media context is created.We-media is seen as one of represent forms of new digital media platform and the independent form of individual terminal. Image as the information carrier or language is one of the forms of delivering information on we-media. In we-media APP UI design, the image has multiple features, which are we-media context andinformation carrier. This dual role has been widely used. This paper will organize the developing path of media and image from a view of spreading information, and discuss how digital-image is applied in We-media from an aspect of visual aesthetics. Finally, personnel information transmits and artistic expressions will be mainly explored.In the way of digital media information transmission and interaction, UI design is the most direct integration of technology and the artistic form. Among a variety of APPs such as games, shopping, social, the UI of we-media APPs become special because of the we. As the media revolution and progress of human society, the emergence of we-media greatly reduced the threshold of the information delivering.The feature of we-media make we-media APP diversified and personalized since everyone could be information publishers. During the post image-reading era,people choose image talking that many people are willing to use images to transfer and express information while using we-media. Based on the digital technology,digital image is a kind of new way of simulacra. Digital imaging technology makes the image of the picture more freedom and has rich content. The progress of digital technology makes the manufacture of digital image is more convenient and easy.Digital storage technology is widely and rapidly transmitting. The development of electronic technology products(i.e. digital cameras and cell phones) provides the operability of digital-image, especially on the subject of vision language on we-media. In addition, personalized digital image information in the We-media APP language become the main menu interface applications due to this development.In a digital media APP platform with individual characteristics, peoplepublish their digital-image on APP. In the UI design, the UI designed by designer or developer is weaken while the digital-images published by users themselves will be the main elements of UI and image language, which dominate the whole design style and final presentation. The author suggests that digital-image is not only an image language but also a creation and presentation of publishers, which is one of the key codes of we-media APP UI design. The multiple features of digital-image in we-media APP UI design have high value for study and practice.
